Alpha & Omega Supply, Inc. hereby warrants to the original residential and/or commercial purchaser of DaVinci solid surface materials to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of ten years from the date of initial installation.

Alpha & Omega Supply Inc. liability is limited to the repair or replacement of any defective material, at its sole discretion, including necessary and reasonable labor charges at the site of original installation.

This warranty does not apply to defects or damage resulting from alterations, tampering, physical or chemical abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear including defects or damage resulting from improper fabrication, installation techniques, and/or inadequate support or bracing material, as determined by Alpha & Omega Supply, Inc. or a designated representative.

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. Proof of purchase may be required before warranty service is rendered.
